L-R Dillip Kanji and Ralf Luna
The Board of UCG New Zealand is pleased to announce that Dillip Kanji has been promoted to the role of Co-CEO, where he and company founder Ralf Luna shall hold the Co-CEO position.
Dillip has been an exceptional COO and his senior leadership, strategic planning, business process engineering and general support of UCG’s operations since he arrived at the company in 2018 is unparalleled. Before arriving at UCG, Dillip held important senior roles in the telecommunications sectors in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Mexico and India, where he was accountable for operations in very complex environments that relied on workforces that ran into many thousands of people. He has a great reputation throughout our industry and is highly respected by our key clients. This, coupled with his global experience means he is well positioned to help drive the company’s future growth and direction.
Dillip has emphasised that with the Chorus contract as UCG’s foundation and the company’s focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for end customers, he believes UCG is in an ideal position to take the business to its next logical level with a sustained focus on continuous improvement with the highly committed staff and Delivery Partners that we have within our ecosystem.
The Board members in Chairman Iain Morrison, Mark Foley and Ralf Luna know and trust Dillip will play an increasingly important role in the next phase of UCG’s exciting future.
