UCG’s work involves maintaining and repairing faults across the Telecommunications network from cities to regional towns, through to very remote locations where sufficient numbers of skilled resources are not always available. We also endeavour to provide employment opportunities to members of the local communities that we work in. UCG believes the interactive and immersive features of augmentAI® will serve to bridge the resource gap by providing UCG and our Delivery Partner workforce real-time instruction and support, fault resolution analysis, and artificial intelligence diagnostics. The potential of the technology is incredibly impressive, and we are immensely proud of partnering with PAG. PAG’s relationship and track record with clients such as NSW Government, QLD Government and the Port of Melbourne to name a few provides UCG total confidence our relationship with PAG is set to go from strength to strength. We truly believe that with the help of augmentAI® UCG will allow our clients and their nations build and manage their telecommunications infrastructure sustainability.
Project Advisory Group ‘PAG’ is a strategic partner of UCG helping UCG transform how we do business in a world where artificial intelligence is the future. Together we are planning the implementation of our Augmented Reality / Artificial Intelligence platform called augmentAI®. augmentAI® has the clear potential to revolutionise how we and our Technicians maintain telecommunications networks for our clients throughout New Zealand and the islands of the South Pacific.
In recent weeks Project Advisory Group and UCG for augmentAI® have been announced as finalists in the Asia Pacific Project Controls Innovation of the Year awards, where the winner will be announced at the Project Controls Expo being staged at the Melbourne Cricket Ground 24-26 November 2025. We will be sure to let you know how we, PAG and augmentAI® go!
